Saosin Joins Projekt Revolution Tour

Saosin just confirmed that they will be joining the Projekt Revolution Tour this summer. The Projekt Revolution will kick off on July 25th and the last stop will be on September 3 in Denver at the Coors Amphitheatre. Fans can expect to see Linkin Park, My Chemical Romance, Taking Back Sunday, HIM, Placebo and Julien-K on the Main Stage and Mindless Self Indulgence, Saosin, The Bled, Styles of Beyond and Madina Lake on the Revolution Stage.

Stream Funeral For A Friend

The new album from Funeral for a Friend, Tales Don’t Tell Themselves can currently be streamed in it’s entirety at their MySpace page.  In June the band will be coming back to the states to headline the ‘All Hands on Deck’ Tour with Alexisonfire, Emanuel and Fightstar supporting.  FFAF will then spend the rest of their summer on the Warped Tour.

Cue The Doves In The Studio

Cue The Doves (Jon Berndtson, ex-The Beautiful Mistake) are currently recording their sophomore LP, Stabilizing Vitals, in Minneapolis, MN. The album will consist of 10 to 12 songs co-produced/mixed by Berndtson and engineer James Singer, with mastering done by Brian Johnson (Coldplay, The Wallflowers, Semisonic). Chris Ruff of Kaddisfly is also scheduled to provide guest vocals and instrumentation on the record.

Anti-Flag Preparing For New Album And Tour

Anti-Flag has begun working on songs that will become their next album. The mantra they will be using is to challenge themselves, challenge anyone who has ever heard Anti-Flag. Touring is also in the works and they are hoping to see Canada, Scandinavia, Russia, Mainland Europe, U.K., Australia. Anti-Flag will also be on the “Punk Goes Acoustic 2” comp which comes out tomorrow (May 8th). It will includes their song “Welcome to 1984.” You can listen to PGA2 here.
