February 10, 2009 By Bryce Jacobson 1 Comment

Mark Hoppus has released a new song that he did with Richard Gibbs. The song is on the upcoming soundtrack for the movie “Fired Up.” You can read a message from Mark below and pick up the song on iTunes.

A couple of months ago, I got a call from a friend of mine named Richard Gibbs. Richard scores films, and he invited me into his studio to collaborate on a song for a movie he was working on called “Fired Up.” We spent the next week working on an idea that he had, and built it into a song that’s now available on iTunes. Check it out. It’s got kind of 60’s beach party feel to it.
