Farewell Continental Stream New Song; New Album In May

Farewell Continental are streaming a new song titled “Capybara” over on AltPress.com. The song comes from the bands new album, ¡Hey, Hey Pioneers!, due out May 10th on Paper + Plastick records. Farewell Continental is fronted by Motion City Soundtrack‘s Justin Pierre. The band will be hitting the road this spring, check out the tour dates below. Paper + Plastick Free 40 Track Sampler

Paper + Plastick recently released a FREE 40-track sampler in exchange for a Tweet or Facebook share through their webstore. Paper + Plastick’s Vinnie Fiorello says “With most of 2011 planned and approaching our 3rd birthday we wanted to get a sampler together from our older records and a handful of the new ones we are excited about.” The sampler features tracks spanning the label’s catalog, including recently releases from Make Do And Mend, Dave Hause, Farewell Continental, Rust Belt Lights, and Red City Radio, as well as unreleased songs from Landmines, Andrew Dost, and Have Nots.

Justin Pierre‘s (Motion City Soundtrack) side project, Farewell Continental, has released a new EP which you can pick up in 12″ vinyl or as a digital download here. You can also check out a video for their song “Total Devastation” below.
