Mayday Parade Post New Song; New Album Details

Mayday Parade will be dropping their new record, A Lesson in Romantics, on July 10th. The album was produced by Zach Odom and Ken Mount (Cartel, All Time Low) and mixed by Mark Needham (My Chemical Romance, The Academy Is.) You can check out the new Mayday Parade song “Black Cat” on the Myspace / Hot Topic Spring Indie Sampler 2007.

No Use For A Name Has A Title For Best Of Collection

No Use for a Name have added a title to their upcoming “Best of” collection that is due out on July 10th,  All The Best Songs.  The album will consist of  26 songs spanning most of their 20 year existence and they even threw in two previously unreleased songs.  The extensive liner notes include explanations of each song. They are also putting together a West Coast tour to support the release and  dates will be up soon.  They are also headed to South America in August.

New Strung Out CD Out June 12

Strung Out have just finished recording, mixing and mastering their brand new record Blackhawks Over Los Angeles which comes out on June 12th.  Fat Wreck Chords have posted the cover art which was done by singer Jason Cruz. The band just played Groezrock Festival in Belgium over the weekend and checked in with an update.

In August of 2006, The Sound of Animals Fighting performed in their only four shows ever at The House of Blues in San Diego, Las Vegas, Hollywood, and Anaheim…Lucklily, a camera crew was at the Anaheim show to capture this once in a lifetime show on film.
