Pillar Set Release Date; Album Art

Pillar will release their fifth-studio album, For Love of the Game, on February 26, 2008. For the Love of the Game was recorded at Lakeside Studios in Knoxville, Tennessee, and was produced by Travis Wyrick (Disciple, Spoken, P.O.D.).

Leeland Set Release Date; Album Art

Leeland has announced February 26, 2008 as the release date to their second studio album, Opposite Way. Opposite Way was produced by Matt Bronleewe (Michael W. Smith, Natalie Imbruglia), mixed by Ben Grosse (Ben Folds, Red Hot Chili Peppers) and was recorded in Nashville, Tennessee at Smoak Stack Studios and Pentavarit Studios.

Paramore Nominated For Grammy

Paramore has been nominated for the Best New Artist Grammy. Other nominees include Feist, Ledisi, Taylor Swift and Amy Winehouse. The 50th Annual Grammy Awards will be held in Los Angeles February 10th.

The Audition To Headline Pacific Sunwear Tour

The Audition, have been chosen as the premier band to headline the first ever Pacific Sunwear Music Tour. The tour, beginning January 16 at Raleigh’s The Brewery, will feature support from acts Envy On The Coast, Danger Radio, and Another Day Late, with completion exactly one month later in Baltimore.

On January 22nd, six days into the tour, The Audition will welcome their toe-tapping sophomore endeavor, Champion into stores. Champion is the follow-up to the bands 2005 Victory Records debut Controversy Loves Company, which has sold nearly 50,000 copies to date. Pacific Sunwear will begin streaming the first single off of Champion, “Warm Me Up”, on their website December 19th.

Tickets for the Pacific Sunwear Music Tour will go on-sale Friday, December 7th.
