The Format have tentatively titled their next record Holy Ghosts. Currently the band are writing and arranging songs for the upcoming effort, which is likely to be released next year.

On October 30th, The Format will release their highly anticipated live DVD. The show was filmed on June 14th at the Mayan Theatre in Los Angeles and featured many special guest appearances.

In celebration of the one year anniversary release of their acclaimed album Dog Problems, The Format are giving everyone the chance to own the album for FREE. The Format’s new video for “She Doesn’t Get It” can now be seen on their myspace.

Three different versions of the song have been also added to their myspace player, a live, remix, and acoustic version.

The Format will be playing an exclusive Los Angeles show at the Mayan Theatre on June 14th with special guests Dropping Daylight. This concert is also being shot for a live DVD.

Dustin Kensrue will be performing on David Letterman and The Format will be on Carson Daly. Check your local listings for show times.
