Dangerous Summer Update

The Dangerous Summer have posted an update on their status. Check out the message below.

Hey everyone,

I am writing this to clear up any confusion that you might have about the band. We are not “getting back together” or “reuniting”, technically we never really broke up… just kind of went on a break. AJ and Tyler both are going back to school this semester, Etay has been hard at work on his solo project People In Cars and is finishing his album now, so please don’t start assuming were going to be doing a full length or a big tour soon. Right now we are just taking things slow and living our lives. We have some show offers that we might take up, so keep checking back!

The Dangerous Summer Break Up?

According to vocalist AJ Perdomo, The Dangerous Summer have broke up. The band currently doesn’t know their future plans. An official statement has not yet been released.

The Dangerous Summer’s debut EP is a mix of catchy rock and powerful vocals. From the first song, “I Would Stay” you can hear a difference in this band compared to others. The vocals ring out and the power and emotions come with them, filling your ears with a never ending delight. This EP caters to those looking for an upbeat tune (”The Permanent Rain”, “Here We Are After Dark”) and those looking for a song to sing along to (”Home”).

Recommended if you like:
A new band to sing along to, catchy rock, Amber Pacific, All Time Low.

Variety is the spice of life: Nice Peter is a singer/songwriter based out of Chicago and his catchy, irreverent and very comical songs haven’t left the stereo or my head. His latest album Suburban Highschool is set for release in late August, however you can now go to his website and purchase the songs digitally. Jena Berlin has been making waves underground with their unique gritty-punk fused anthems. The recently released, Quo Vadimus is their latest album and the group tours constantly so definitely check them out if you have the chance. Lastly, Forever The Sickest Kids are making some of the most undeniably catchy music around today. It’s no wonder they have gained such a rapid fanbase. The future looks more than promising, keep both eyes on this band.

The Dangerous Summer are releasing their debut EP, If You Could Only Keep Me Alive, on August 21st through Hopeless Records. Check out the album art and track listing below.

Note: This is a great EP, get your money out and pre-order it here.
