Patent Pending are streaming their cover of “Everytime We Touch” on their MySpace page. The band be playing Bamboozle and Bamboozle Left later this year as well as doing a nation-wide tour and releasing a new album this summer.

Patent Pending are currently recording their new. The band has been added to some Warped Tour dates and the second day of the Bamboozle Festival on May 4th.

Patent Pending come bearing gifts this holiday season, including a brand new holiday song, video and a tour this December! The song titled “She’s a Ho-Ho-Ho Merry Christmas” is now streaming on their MySpace page. The song can currently be purchased on Amazon and eMusic. Patent Pending’s new video for “This Can’t Happen Againâ€? has been completed and is ready for your viewing pleasure. Band World episode #4 is the intro to the video. The band will be out on the road this fall with Gym Class Heroes and Cobra Starship in support of Save Each Other, The Whales Are Doing Fine.
