Asian Man Records/Plea For Peace

This weekend Asian Man Records and their non-profit, Plea for Peace, will be hosting a food drive on Friday at Bottom of the Hill in San Francisco as Classics of Love and Toys That Kill take the stage. Free stuff will be given to those that donate a non-perishable food item. Then on Saturday, Asian Man are putting on a FREE show in the parking lot of the Oakland Coliseum. Free food, drinks and live music! Starts at 4pm.

Chunksaah Records Charity Auction

Chunksaah Records is putting on a charity auction for their friend, Rich Cunningham. In 1995, he formed Happy Day Records and in 2000 he formed New Labor. In 2005 Rich was diagnosed with cancer and recently his battle has taken a turn for the worse. Chunksaah Records and the Bouncing Souls will be auctioning off rare vinyls, test pressings and poster from Bouncing Souls, Strike Anywhere, Loved Ones releases + more.

Asian Man Records 13 Year Anniversary Show

Asian Man Records 13 year anniversary show on August 1st at the OAKLAND COLISEUM, well they’ll pull a generator into the parking lot before the A’S game and do a commando DIY show. Everything will be totally free and there will be complimentary hot dogs, sodas, and beer for those of you who are 21+. Here’s a list of bands playing thus far: Toys That Kill, The Hot Toddies, The Singularity, Atom Age, For The Win, The Pillowfights, Classics of Love, Anchor Down, Mike Park, and Ready The Jet.
