Thursday is looking for fans to submit any footage they have of the band for possible inclusion on their upcoming retrospective DVD/CD release. See the note from the band for all the details below.
Hello Friends!
We have been hard at work on our DVD/CD project and we realized we could use your help! If any of you out there has video footage of us playing live and or hanging out we’d love to see it. We might even be able to use it on the DVD. If the footage that you send in winds up getting used in the final edit, your name will appear in the credits of the dvd and we will send you an autographed copy of it.
When sending us footage, please send it on the original format or as close to it as possible. For example if the footage was shot on Mini-DV we would love to get a copy on a Mini-DV tape. Basically we need the footage to be as close to the original format as possible in order to make sure it looks the best that it can. If it’s not possible to give us a copy on the original format, we’re still interested in seeing it so send it on in.
Please print out the release form and send it in with your footage. Just a heads up, without a signed release form we cannot use your footage. Be sure to include your name, address, and email with your submissions.

Pop rock has been one of the faster moving genres these past few years but what about that 90’s pop rock that use to be on every radio station back in the day? Sound The Alarm’s first full length debuts with tracks like “Picture Perfect”, and “Stay Inside” that ring of that 90’s pop rock sound made popular by bands like Third Eye Blind and Stroke 9. Other tracks like “Suffocating”, and “If I Told You” are the perfect fit for todays pop rock fans. “Closer”, the opening track on the album is one that sucks you in with it’s catchy guitar riffs and sing along lyrics. “Suffocating” is perhaps my favorite track along side “Stay Inside” both of which pour out everything Sound The Alarm are good at (catchy riffs, sing along lyrics, classic pop rock sound).
When it comes to summer albums its always good to mix something like Stay Inside in with your mix of other pop rock and cruising albums. The band shows a lot of talent for being young and you should expect to hear a lot more about them in the future.
