Jimmy Eat World Re-Record “Your House”

September 11, 2007 By Bryce Jacobson Leave a Comment

Jimmy Eat World went back into the studio to re-record an older song titled “Your House.” Check out an update from the band below. The Stiletto Formal has also been selected to play the first leg of the bands upcoming tour. Check out the dates below.

We now have to hunker down into our studio once again (it seems we can’t escape it) to record some more goodies. As I type, we are recording a new version of “Your House” that we did on the last U.S. run. drums, bass and acoustic guitar are all laid down and it sounds really cool so far. It’s kind of fun to bring back an older song and re-imagine it to a certain extent. We are racking our brains for good cover ideas [too].

The Stiletto Formal

August 22, 2006 By Manuel Enrique Garcia Leave a Comment

Everyone should check out The Stilletto Formal. They are a band from Arizona and I saw them at Warped Tour and I was blown away. There is a keyboardist and a cellist, among the rest of the instruments. The music is extremely different and it offers something new and unique to listen to. The songs catch you off guard with their multitudes of musicianship. This is a band to check out, just listen to them out here.
