Ace Enders Posts New Song Inspired By Presidential Election

November 3, 2008 By Bryce Jacobson Leave a Comment

Ace Enders, former Early November frontman, felt so inspired by the importance of tomorrow’s Presidential Elections that not only is he urging his fans to get out there and vote, but he felt so compelled to try to help effect a change by writing the song “LEADER” which he has uploaded to his official MySpace page.

In his own words, Ace offers the following note to his fans:

Hey guys,

I just put a new demo up on the MySpace called “Leader.” Even though I’m way past 18 years old, I have to admit that this is the first year I’ll be voting. I’ve never felt inspired enough to, but this year I finally feel like there is someone worth voting for who can really make a difference. I hope you guys feel the same way and head to the polls on Tuesday.

Anyway, I hope you like the song and come see a show. We’ll be out on tour with hellogoodbye for four more weeks. See you soon!

Ace Enders Posts Update

June 6, 2008 By Bryce Jacobson Leave a Comment

Ace Enders (The Early November) has posted an update as well as a video showing his fans what he has been up to. Enders will be releasing a free album sometime soon followed by a full length that he recorded this past winter. You can get all the details below.

[myspace]http://vids.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=vids.individual&videoid=35585237[/myspace]

Dear Everyone,

I’m so relieved to finally be able to update you on what’s been happening over here. A lot of things have been up in the air and changing every day so I apologize if it seems like I’ve left you hanging, but I’ve been hanging with you if that makes sense or makes it any better. So now I’m happy to tell you I have all good news for you.

The cd I recorded this past winter in LA will be coming out soon, but not as soon as expected. There were some hold ups that I had no control over. It was all very complicated and dramatic, but it’s been settled now. The only thing is, that cd won’t be coming out until August or September at the very latest.

So where’s the good news in this you say? Well, I’m not one to sit around and wait, and especially not one to make my fans sit around and wait. You guys have been so awesome to me with all of your support, kind words, and making trips out to my shows when you don’t even know the music. I really do appreciate it more than you know.

As a thank you for being so patient and awesome I have recorded 8 new songs in my studio over the past few weeks that I will be giving to you for free. These are not songs that will be on the cd out in August. The August release will have 11 songs that will be new and different from these 8. The free album will be going up in about a week or two, we’re just figuring out where we’re going to post it. For now you can check out a video of the making of the free album that I just put up on the myspace.

More good news that most of you might already know is we’re on tour this summer with Cute is What We Aim For so you can take these songs for free and then come out to see us play them and be able to sing along and party with us. We’re really looking forward to this tour, it’s going to be a great time so check out the dates and come out to a show.

I’ll let you know exactly when and where the free album will be up for download very very soon! Thanks so much!
-Ace
