Takeover Records’ Third Annual “Sign My Band� Contest

Takeover Records will be revealing the top ten finalist for their third annual “Sign My Band” contest.

After collecting thousands of demos from the Warped Tour and via mail, Takeover Records will be revealing the ten finalists for their third annual â┚¬Ã…”Sign My Bandâ┚¬? contest on December 1st. The finalists will be voted on by the public at PureVolume.com, and the winner will receive a three-month sponsorship from Ambiguous Clothing, recording time at The Wedge Studios, and candy from Wonka Candy. The winner will also have a chance to be signed by Takeover, and will be presented to a panel of independent labels, including The Militia Group, Fat Wreck Chords, Hopeless Records, Epitaph, and more.

Ryder has parted ways with Vaux to pursue other artistic endeavors. We are sad to see him go. He will be greatly missed. Ryder has and always will be family to us. Greg is taking over on bass. He and Adam will be covering the keys. VAUX will be a quintet from now on. Randy from FINCH is going to run lights for us on the upcoming RX BANDITS tour

Permanant Me Completes Album

Permanant Me has completed their debut full length album entitled, â┚¬Ã…”After the Room Clears.â┚¬? The album was produced by Matt Squire and will be released on January 30, 2007 by Stolen Transmission Records.

The band will then hit the road with Cartel, Cobra Starship, and Boys Like Girls in February 2007.
