Controlling the Famous Breaks Up

February 22, 2007 By Jamie Pham Leave a Comment

After four year, Controlling the Famous has called it quits. Below is a statement from their myspace blog.

Greetings Ladies and Gentlemen of the world.

As you can all probably tell by now, the end to supposed CTF hiatus never actually happened. We never made it back together. It was a tough long thought out decision, but was definitely for the best. We apologize for all our backpeddling about the status of the band. Truth be told, everyone was happy with what we accomplished in our time as a band together. Thanks to everyone who believed in us and gave us support. You made the bad times good and the good times great.

Keep updated as Mike (drums) is playing in some new projects.

Max is writing solo tunes for Curse of the Zeros and posting them to:

Thanks for the time and support.
