Victory Records has just signed Canada’s Farewell To Freeway.
Orange County, CA. label Indie Vision Music have signed Pleasanton, CA. band Quick and the Dead. The band’s label debut, Going Home, will release on September 25th. You can also check the band out at Cornerstone California on September 28th.
Atreyu have filmed a 5-part video series documenting the recording process of their new album, Lead Sails Paper Anchor, due out August 28th. Atreyu teamed with producer John Feldman (The Used, Good Charlotte) on the follow-up to A Death-Grip On Yesterday. The second installment of the video focuses around drummer/co-vocalist Brandon Sallers and his methods for recording his drum tracks on the new record. Check out the video at the links below.
Jimmy Eat World have set October 16th as the release date for their new album, Chase This Light.
Mae has posted a new webisode titled “Telescopes” on their album website 081407.com. The bands new album, Singularity, hits stores August 14th, 2007.
