I actually really enjoyed Devils and Angels. I'd give it a solid 8. To me this record stood out more than Everyday Behavior, although I admit not listening to Everyday Behavior recently. Perhaps my taste in music has changed over the years, but I think this is a big improvement for the band over the more indie sound they use to sport. I love "Built to Last" and the more old school 80's sounding "Stand Up". The piano cadences are great and relaxing, and the vocals are flawless. I'd call this a crossover Rooney, The Fray, and Waking Ashland.
