Adelphi Interview February 24th, 2004

Adelphi

Eric: well first off, tell me your names, and the other band members names, and what you all play

Alex: Alex (me) and Ryan both play guitar and sing
Alex: Kevin plays bass, and tom plays drums

Eric: awesome
Eric: how long have you guys been a band?

Alex: since February of last year
Alex: so about 1 full year

Eric: did you have a few small bands before Adelphi?

Alex: we had a really crappy pop punk band called “fat Austin”

Eric: and how did that turn out

Alex: well
Alex: we played a really big battle of the bands
Alex: in DC
Alex: and we got second place out of 50 bands
Alex: so we started getting really serious

Eric: so how did Adelphi form?

Alex: adelphi formed in February of 2003 when our drummer quit
Alex: and we found tom
Alex: and started a whole new band

Eric: and, tell me what enthused productions is, a record label or?

Alex: nah
Alex: it’s my brother’s company, he just loves music and really wants to help out local bands
Alex: the site is www.enthusedproductions.com, definitely go check it out
Alex: my brother’s heart is in the right place and he really loves to help out

Eric: so do you think being on his website gets your name out?
Eric: and, how has it helped you?

Alex: yeah definitely
Tom: yes it has helped
Tom: and right now that site is where everyone goes to buy our CD
Alex: my brother paid for the second pressing of our CD as well
Alex: so we could have CDs on tour last summer

Eric: so your CD “Don’t Pass Go” tell me a little bit about it, the message it sends to people, etc…

Alex: hmmm
Alex: it’s really pop punk, we’ve grown a lot since then
Alex: I guess it’s mostly about girls Tom: the message is dont pass go
Tom: like seriously
Tom: in monopoly
Tom: dont pass go
Tom: greedy bastard

Eric: haha

Alex: haha tom

Eric: so was that your first real CD?

Alex: yeah it was our first real CD

Eric: how long did it take to record it?

Tom: a month or so?
Tom: we werenï¿Â½t in the studio constantly though
Alex: yeah
Tom: because it was near DC at American University
Alex: it was free at American U
Alex: this guy Matt Thomas who still works with us a lot, he is the shit
Tom: so it was far away and we had to make sure there was time available

Eric: so if Adelphi isn’t as pop punk as it used to be, what would you say your music is now?

Alex: I wouldn’t really put ourselves in a specific genre
Tom: I hate that question personally
Tom: its 2 guitars
Tom: bass guitar
Tom: drums
Alex: we just try to be different I guess
Tom: and 2 vocalists
Tom: if u like us
Tom: awesome
Tom: if u donï¿Â½t
Tom: oh well
Alex: Kevin says, “no dude we’re metal core”

Eric: haha

Tom: but I hate people who make assumptions…
Tom: oh man their emo
Tom: I donï¿Â½t like emo blah blah
Alex: yeah we sing emotionally sometimes

Eric: how do you guys go about writing songs, and were do lyrics come from?

Alex: um
Alex: we usually write music in practice
Alex: and then go home and write lyrics
Alex: they’re always based off of personal experiences

Eric: awesome, have you guys been playing a lot shows lately?

Alex: actually no, we’ve been doing nothing but writing
Tom: and recording
Alex: but we have a secret barrage of shows booked
Tom: and promoting
Alex: and we’re going to release it soon
Alex: updates

Eric: are you guys planning on putting out anything new?

Alex: yeah we have all new stuff
Alex: recorded and everything
Alex: but I don’t think we’re going to put it out anytime soon
Tom: yeah demo
Alex: they’re all demos

Eric: how many songs will there be?

Tom: too many for your ears to handle

Eric: intense

Tom: it will be an orgasm
Tom: none of this 10 second orgasm crap
Tom: a long one
Alex: yeah

Eric: hahahaha

Alex: when we finish the CD
Alex: it’s going to be the kind of thing you want to play straight through

Eric: I can’t wait!
Eric: were do you guys see yourselves going in the future, such as tour, music, etc?

Alex: touring really soon
Alex: putting out an EP
Tom: yep yep

Eric: do you plan on staying the same style?

Alex: maybe
Alex: it just depends on how things come out
Alex: I have the feeling we’re going to constantly change
Alex: and our music will be unexpected

Eric: what bands do you plan on going on tour with?
Eric: and were will this tour be going?

Tom: taking back sunday!
Tom: would be amazing
Alex: we are hoping senses fail takes us on tour this summer
Tom: so if taking back sunday is reading this interview
Tom: give us a ringy dingding
Alex: and we will hopefully be on the smartpunk stage at warped tour

Eric: are you friends with them?

Alex: yeah we are cool with senses fail
Tom: there just awesome
Alex: they are nice guys
Tom: we know senses fail

Eric: how did you meet up with them?

Alex: um…Garrett heard our stuff on purevolume and liked it
Alex: and told the other guys I guess

Eric: so, do you have any good or bad memories from shows, maybe funny stories?

Alex: uh…
Alex: hmm
Alex: when we were in South Carolina
Tom: hahaha
Alex: there was a crazy chick that tried to tell us that she wanted to get us more shows
Alex: and we didnï¿Â½t buy it
Alex: but our friends did in another band
Alex: and they ended up having crazy night full of things such as
Alex: (not in this particular order)
Alex: underwear, bed, trunks, and blood
Tom: hahaha
Tom: nighttime stories

Eric: wow, pretty crazy

Alex: oh yeah, and weird hotel rooms
Tom: bedtime stories
Tom: and fat girl

Eric: hahaha
Eric: and what ended up happening to you guys?

Alex: we followed them into the middle of no-where NC for a while
Alex: and then left and drove north to our next show at like 3am

Eric: crazy

Alex: our old bassist’s feet stunk that night too

Eric: hehe

Tom: haha
Alex: it was awful
Tom: yeah
Alex: and it was raining
Tom: reaaaallllyyy bad
Alex: like cheese
Tom: no it was really hot

Eric: tell me what happened their, why did you guys end up switching bass players?

Alex: yeah
Alex: it was a mutual thing
Alex: let’s not go there
Alex: he’s a really nice kid and we’re all still friends
Alex: so Iï¿Â½m happy

Eric: thatï¿Â½s good
Eric: so tell me what we can expect from your new stuff?

Alex: it’s different
Alex: everyone is saying it’s unlike anything they’ve heard before
Alex: but we still keep the same feel to our songs

Eric: cool

Alex: we love how we write, it works for us
Alex: and tom is an awesome drummer

Eric: any surprises we should be notified of, such as shows, music on the CD?
Eric: signings?

Alex: you’ll just have to wait

Eric: hehe

Alex: just tell everyone, if we disappear for a while, don’t worry, we aren’t gone
Alex: we’re just waiting for the right time
Alex: we want to make sure we’re happy with our music before we put it out there
Alex: yeah if you like attention, ten, and john, you will love the new stuff
Alex: thanks a lot dude

Eric: going to be amazing
Eric: alright well is there anything else you guys like to say before we move on to something different?

Alex: nope, we can move on

Acceptance Interview February 24th, 2004

Acceptance

Eric: ok first off, thanks for taking the time, I know usually bands are packed for time all the time
Eric: hehe

Ryan: haha, no problem
Ryan: I’m just hanging

Eric: Acceptance, I love you guys
Eric: I have been to many of your shows and I would have to say your an amazing live band

Ryan: haha, thanks so much

Eric: would you say you like live performances, or recording and album better?

Ryan: I love playing live
Ryan: studio time is stressful

Eric: what are you thinking about while your playing up on stage in front of all your fans?

Ryan: how my hair looks

Eric: haha

Ryan: well
Ryan: not really

Eric: thought so, lol

Ryan: I get really focused on what I am playing
Ryan: because I hate to mess up

Eric: I bet

Ryan: plus kaylan always gets me if I don’t play well
Ryan: and hes a big guy

Eric: do you ever think about what the audience might be thinking about you?
Eric: hehe

Ryan: actually I do

Eric: does that make you nervous at all

Ryan: I’m a really self conscious person, so that’s always pestering me while I am playing
Ryan: it did moreso when I started playing infront of bigger crowds

Eric: what is moreso?

Ryan: I am learning to relax a little more

Eric: oh awesome

Ryan: maybe its two words
Ryan: more so
Ryan: moreso

Eric: hehe

Ryan: looks cooler as one word
Ryan: lets stick with that

Eric: fo sho
Eric: aight

Eric: so, tell me what it was like to tour with amazing bands such as yellowcard, rufio, motion city, and over it?

Ryan: well I think a big point of stress for bands is touring
Ryan: so who you tour with is really important you know… for your well being… hah

Eric: but I’m sure it had to be the greatest time of your life?

Ryan: sucks to be on a tour where everyone is doing their own thing

Eric: was it not?

Ryan: fortunately, we were lucky enough to have toured with amazing bands thus far.. but more importantly they were all great people

Eric: I bet

Ryan: we have so many more friends now

Eric: do you plan on touring more this year?

Ryan: oh definitely
Ryan: as soon as we get done with the new record
Ryan: it’s been weird for me to be home so much
Ryan: haha
Ryan: kinda creeps me out

Eric: hehe
Eric: speaking of the new record, how is that coming along?

Ryan: I am really excited about this record
Ryan: ive never recorded a full length for a big label or anything like that
Ryan: so this whole process is new and a little frustrating
Ryan: but I am in love with all the songs

Eric: how many songs will be on it?

Ryan: around 10
Ryan: 10-13

Eric: and what will it be called?

Ryan: haha not sure yet

Eric: haha
Eric: is there any certain messages that this album will give to your fans?

Ryan: lyrically I don’t think there will be a big difference in what we are going for
Ryan: hopefully people will just be able to relate and understand

Eric: what is it that you do go for?

Ryan: well we write from where we have been and what that has entailed

Eric: I see

Ryan: but from a point where the lower areas can be traveled through

Eric: neat

Ryan: probably doesn’t make sense
Ryan: heh
Ryan: hope, insight, and sincerity
Ryan: kind of our goals

Eric: will the album have all new songs or will it have old ones, such as my personal favorite “permanent”

Ryan: we are still deciding that

Eric: awesome
Eric: can we expect the same Acceptance, or will there be a twist or new style added?

Ryan: haha oh no… this will be an album with a different approach in music
Ryan: we went alot of different directions
Ryan: but don’t expect any screaming

Eric: haha, awesome
Eric: were are you guys recording it at and who is producing it?

Ryan: both of those are still up in the air…

Eric: oh
Eric: do you have anyone in mind?

Ryan: we have done our demos at iron wood studios
Ryan: with lou giordano helping us out

Eric: awesome

Ryan: lou is definitely a big possibility

Eric: back to touring, what bands would you like to hit the road with in the future?

Ryan: hot water music, the alkaline trio, and my biggest hope mxpx

Eric: are those some of your influences?

Ryan: oh definitely

Eric: what about other members of the band, what are some of their influences?

Ryan: I like all those bands alot… actually I think those are the only bands from that genre that I do like
Ryan: ohh we all range from the Beatles to u2 to lagwagon to metallica

Eric: how about militia records, how long have you guys been with them?

Ryan: well black lines is the only record we have released with them, but
we have known Chad and Roy for what seems like forever

Eric: awesome

Ryan: back when they were just starting out as a booking agency

Eric: that’s cool
Eric: would you say they have helped you get out there, and do everything else successful you guys have been doing?

Ryan: they definitely helped us out with releasing our record
Ryan: we are not on that label, so everything they did was out of there
willingness to help
Ryan: we are very grateful

Eric: wow, very nice
Eric: so what label are you guys on now?

Ryan: Columbia records

Eric: oh, very nice
Eric: how has that been going for you guys

Ryan: oh it’s been great
Ryan: they have super supportive of our indie following

Eric: how does it feel to be on such an amazing record company

Ryan: which for a major label, is a very comforting though
Ryan: I am just so thankful we are on Columbia right now considering how the record industry is
Ryan: amazing people who are completely concerned with our careers as much as they are with theirs

Eric: have you guys had your doubts about signing, or doing any other big moves as a band?

Ryan: no.. I mean, we all understand some kids will start shouting “sell out” and charge us with this and that, but we are more concerned with getting our music to as many people as possible

Eric: that’s great man

Ryan: we are not changing who we are to make a few extra bucks

Eric: well a while back I recall seeing you guys on MTV, what was that all about, and how did it come about?

Ryan: well the guy who did our video for permanent works at MTV and he really wanted to do a you hear it first for us
Ryan: and I guess all the MTV execs were into the idea

Eric: awesome

Ryan: so it got aired
Ryan: really exciting
Ryan: also really weird

Eric: did you guys get interviewed by MTV also?

Ryan: well the guy who did our video interviewed us as well

Eric: oh I see
Eric: why was it weird?

Ryan: seeing myself on MTV
Ryan: very weird
Ryan: uncomfortable as well

Eric: do you guys have any big plans for the future?

Ryan: haha, not really… just to do what we have been doing so far

Eric: are you looking into shooting any new video’s or anything like that?

Ryan: I’m sure as we figure out the singles for the record that stuff will fall into place

Eric: cool
Eric: so, do you have any of those “best show ever” moments
Eric: or worst show ever?

Ryan: yeah totally… our video shoot for permanent
Ryan: that was amazing
Ryan: and yeah I have some worst shows too
Ryan: oddly enough, they have all been in Portland

Eric: tell me a little bit about some moments you have?

Ryan: wait, I remember my worst moment ever
Ryan: it was in a local show
Ryan: and I did this thing where I ended up knocking my feet out from under me and fell right on my face
Ryan: awhile back

Eric: haha
Eric: how did it feel? lol

Ryan: my hand and face really hurt
Ryan: plus my guitar was broken

Eric: what was the crowds reaction?

Ryan: ohhh yeah… and I was humiliated

Eric: was it during a song?

Ryan: haha, I saw some people laughing and going “oooooh”

Eric: lol

Ryan: yeah, during rerun

Eric: so, did you end up playing the rest of the song?

Ryan: haha no, my bass wouldn’t work

Eric: oh
Eric: haha, just add to everything

Ryan: yeah, no kidding
Ryan: insult to injury for sure

Eric: haha
Eric: definitely
Eric: what about your best show?

Ryan:the video shoot… it was just amazing to see so many
people singing and going crazy
Ryan: it was a live show
Ryan: but, it was just crazy

Eric: oh, way cool
Eric: well I’m sure you get this all the time, and I know bands hate it, but what kind of genre would you put yourselves under?

Ryan: oh I would say rock/pop

Eric: wow, thanks for not biting my head off
Eric: haha most bands hate that question

Ryan: haha… well I try to be polite

Eric: thanks

Ryan: I am a horrible typer

Eric: what is your favorite song to play?

Ryan: rerun
Ryan: right now that is
Ryan: there is a few of the new ones that I think will beat it out

Eric: haha
Eric: I bet
Eric: I can’t wait for the new album

Ryan: man, me neither

Eric: when do you guys plan on releasing it?

Ryan: hopefully by the summer
Ryan: august

Eric: awesome
Eric: Do you plan on having a CD release show or anything special come from it?

Ryan: oh are people actually into those?

Eric: who knows, my band is having our CD release this Friday
Eric: haha

Ryan: well then maybe we should jump on the wagon and have one too

Eric: hahaha
Eric: alright

Ryan: can’t be letting you guys outcool us
Ryan: not without a fight

Eric: hahaha
Eric: I guess not
Eric: one last thing before I go

Ryan: okay, shoot

Eric: what do bands, or you guys, do for fun when your not recording, or touring?

Ryan: play video games
Ryan: watch movies

Eric: whats your favorite movie?

Ryan: hang out with our girlfriends
Ryan: mine? personally it is braveheart

Eric: awesome
Eric: and oldie but goodie
Eric: (I guess not really that old)
Eric: hahaha

Ryan: but that passion of christ movie is shaping up to take over that spot

Eric: oh really!
Eric: hehe

Ryan: comes out tomorrow
Ryan: I am excited

Eric: I’ll have to go check it out for myself
Eric: alright man, well before I go is there anything else you would like to add

Ryan: well thank you so much for the interview! it was good man.. sometimes we do really bad interviews

Eric: hehe

Ryan: its cool that you knew what you were doing

Eric: no problem man, thanks for your time
Eric: alright man
Eric: thanks again

Ryan: no, thank you…
Ryan: goodnight

Eric: ok, so first off how are you guys doing tonight

Jon: I’m doing good
Chad: good
Jon: kind of tired
Alex: great
Justin: really tired

Justin: Justin W. ~ beat skins

Eric: hehe

Jon: lol
Alex: ha

Eric: tell me how long you guys have been and band and were you got your name

Alex: we have been a band around a year
Alex: we got our name from a friend of ours named Steve he helped us with it

Eric: awesome

Jon: word
Chad: and it makes it better since it’s a coheed song
Alex: yea

Eric: I have been to a few of your shows and I would have to say you guys would fit in with “the hardcore” group, what are some of your influences

Jon: I would say Alexis on fire, the Bled, atreyu, senses fail, Thursday
Jon: avenged sevenfold
Alex: The Bled, Senses Fail, Fear before the March of flames, Alexisonfire, Coheed and Cambria, Avenged Sevenfold
Chad: The Bled, Thursday, Senses Fail, Avenged Seven Fold and The Cure

Eric: good choices
Eric: I enjoy all of those bands

Alex: those are great bands

Eric: would you say that by them influencing you guys, it ends up in your own music

Jon: kind of
Justin: not at all
Chad: some stuff I guess, we kind of have our own sound though, at least I think so

Eric: awesome

Jon: we don’t really write songs and try to sound like them it just seems to end up that way
Chad: yea
Alex: We don’t try to sound like anyone, we just write what we like and feel, and this is how it comes out

Eric: how do you go about writing new songs?

Chad: someone starts with a riff and we just start writing to it, and adding onto it
Jon: well if someone has something we will write to it
Alex: we usually start with a guitar riff and it just builds
Jon: then Alex write the singing then Chad writes the screaming

Eric: and were do the lyrics come in

Chad: we write the lyrics last

Eric: neeto

Justin: our music is more of a calough and array of all musical ideas pored into something we call music
Alex: Me and Chad just write what we feel, a lot of them people probably think are fucked up
Chad: yea, Jon called us killers for the last set of lyrics we wrote lol
Jon: lol yeah asses

Eric: so Alex, were do lyrics like “jealousy was the murder weapon” come from, what influences you to write lyrics

Alex: umm, its about a chick liking some other guy and her boyfriend knows it and gets really Jealous about it and kills the guy

Eric: sounds interesting, so would you say most of your lyrics come from things happening in your life

Alex: kind of, I think a lot of it is just me venting all my emotions through my lyrics, a lot of them are about death, lol, I don’t know why
Alex: it’s just what comes out

Eric: killer*
Eric: hehe

Jon: yeah
Alex: I don’t think of a topic for the song I just start writing
Alex: and then decide what it all means at the end
Justin: it also goes with the musical tone or feeling
Jon: that’s where the song name comes in

Eric: well I know you guys have a few demo songs out, but do you plan to go in and record a EP or a full length anytime soon?

Alex: we plan to have an EP our pretty soon
Jon: one should be out mid March

Eric: can’t wait….

Chad: me neither
Jon: yeah man
Eric: so were do you see Neverender going in the future, tour, musically, and style wise

Jon: hopefully on the road meeting new people
Jon: people and friends
Alex: we are going to tour this summer with our GOOD friends Arnolds Drive In
Chad: tour with Arnolds Drive in July 6-12th to Texas

Eric: do you plan on staying the same style of music?

Jon: its gonna be sick
Chad: I think our style will stay the same…we seem really comfortable where we are now
Alex: no, we are just gonna write what comes out
Jon: yeah I’m very positive

Eric: sweet
Eric: so were do you guys usually play at, and how often?

Chad: we play the Starlight a lot
Jon: Fort Collins
Alex: but we have played at a shit load of venues
Jon: starting Denver now

Eric: cool cool

Jon: yeah it’s been sweet

Eric: do you have any funny stories?

Alex: I shit on Jon
Alex: but we have so many
Chad: we throw stuff at cars a lot too
Justin: and in my mom’s car
Justin: when the door fell off

Eric: wow

Jon: yeah like 3 taxis chased us once
Chad: steal like trays from Wendy’s or Chiplotle shit in the and throw them at stuff
Alex: yea, we broke Justin’s mom’s sliding door off her van

Eric: so you guys are the crazy type huh
Eric: you have one particular story

Chad: lol yea that was the best one yet
Chad: I’ll tell the KFC story

Eric: alright
Eric: shoot

Chad: ok so we went into KFC and were like pissing them off I don’t even remember how, I think we were asking for free cakes or some shit like that and they guy said that if Justin’s girlfriend (Amanda) would suck his d*** he would give….

Eric: haha

Chad: ….us a free meal.. we got pissed and later that night Jon went and shit in a paper towel and threw it all over the walls and in the sink and on the mirror, we got chased out of that place by a crazy Chinese lady

Eric: hahaha

Alex: ya good times

Eric: pretty intense

Jon: lol
Jon: it smelt so bad

Eric: I bet

Jon: that reminds me I need a shower tonight
Alex: me too
Chad: me too

Eric: so before we wrap this up, do you guys have anything else to add?

Jon: um…
Chad: Thanks to everyone that goes to shows and supports us its fucking awesome
Jon: thank u ADI for all the shit u have done for us
Jon: lol

Tryst Interview February 18th, 2004

Eric: to start this off, tell me the names of the members, and what they each play

Conor: well Nathan is vocals, Dave is guitar, Josh is guitar, Conor is drums and Tyler is bass

Eric: alrighty
Eric: so were are you guys from?

Conor: Littleton, CO straight out of Denver coast?

Eric: hehe, awesome
Eric: so, how did Tryst form, and were did the name Tryst come from?

Conor: Well, I would say Tryst started in the Spring of 2003 as Suburban Heartache, We played a few shows and decided we didn’t like our style, name or anything. So we took a few months off, regrouped with all new songs and style and came up with the name Tryst. Tryst means the secret meeting between two lovers like Romeo and Juliet. We have been Tryst for about 6 months now and keep progressing everyday.

Eric: killer
Eric: so how did you guys meet and start playing as suburban heartache?

Conor: Well, we all go to the same high school so we pretty much are with each other all the time. Josh and Dave started playing together and decided they wanted to form a band, so they got the Brigman brothers, Nathan and Tyler. So they were set all but without a drummer. They went through about 4 different drummers before they actually picked a drummer. Thatï¿Â½s where Conor comes in to fill the gap they’ve been missing.

Eric: intense
Eric: so, under what genre of music would you put yourselves in?

Conor: You know thatï¿Â½s a toughy because we could classify our selves as so many different types of music. But if I would have to pick one it would probably under The screamo genre.

Eric: sweet
Eric: so, do you guys play a lot of shows?

Conor: so far this year has gone really slow, not that many shows but in march 2004 we have set up a lot of shows and are just going to keep doing that. We are planning on doing a mini-tour through the southwest

Eric: oh really, have you guys been on a tour before?

Conor: no but there is a first time for everything

Eric: that there is

Conor: we plan on going with a band that has gone on tour before to show us the ropes

Eric: good idea
Eric: so do you have any shows that stand out in your mind, maybe something funny happened?

Conor: oo haha when we were Suburban Heartache we were playing at Tim’s Net Guru and it was a bad night no one was having fun and to top it off Nathan was going crazy and he ripped the mic cord out of the plug-in and he ran to put it back in and tripped and fell flat on his face. it was hilarious

Eric: sounds funny
Eric: lol
Eric: so were do you see tryst going in the future, musically. Do you plan to hit it big?

Conor: We are going to try really hard. We love the music we play and we love playing in front of people that enjoy it as well. Itï¿Â½s hard to hit it big as you’ve said but we are going to try to get as far as we can. and it’d really help if we could get help along the way.

Eric: awesome
Eric: so, how do you go about writing songs, lyrically, and Musically

Conor: musically, usually josh rights a part to the song or all the song. he writes both guitar parts and at practice we just play it, revise it along the way and make it a song. Lyrically Nathan just sings whatever he wants, he just lets it out or should you say “improvise” a lot for the first couple times so you add that together and you have a tryst song

Eric: so were do you get your lyrics from?

Conor: Nathan writes all the lyrics except for one song called “Georgia in the Colorado” josh wrote that, but Nathan gets his lyrics from the past with girls, friends, bad times, good times, anything he can think of he puts its into words

Eric: cool
Eric: do you guys plan on hitting the studio anytime and getting maybe an EP out?

Conor: actually we are planning on going into the studio during the summer and putting out an EP if you’ve heard our demo, the EP is going to be a little more “harder” and deeper. We haven’t come up with a name with it yet

Eric: awesome, I can’t wait to hear some new stuff
Eric: well, I have been to many of your shows, and I would have to say I love you stage performance
Eric: what do you think about while youï¿Â½re up there?

Conor: well I would say our past stage performances have been horrible but the couple last shows have been really good and better. We think to have fun not to impress. I mean we want to have people like us but we like to have fun and mess around and just play in front of people.

Eric: sweet
Eric: while were on the subject, what would you say your best experience has been?

Conor: the best experience… hhmm there has been a lot of “the best ones,” one of them was we were playing at Grandpa’s music box and we were playing In your List and the crowd starts singing in on it as well. Nathan didn’t even have to sing because we could hear the crowd sing.. There is nothing like hearing other people sing your songs also in that same night some random person got up on stage and starting singing/screaming with Nathan.

Eric: I bet that was super cool
Eric: alright well before I let you go, is there anything else you would like to say?

Conor: yeah

Eric: ok, go for it

Conor: I would like to say thanks for giving me this interview. Every little thing helps. and check out our site at www.trystmusic.net or email us at trystrock@yahoo.com thanks for everyone’s support and everything. We love you

Eric: thanks for your time man, and good luck in the future
Eric: keep in touch

Alex: great
Justin: really tired

Eric: good
Eric: so, tell me your names and the instruments you play

Jon: I’m Jon Frias and I play guitar
